Reid pairs personal service with deep technical skill. As vice president of property and casualty who co-leads our medical services division, he spent 13 years in underwriting and management at Chubb, including serving as Indiana’s commercial underwriting manager, before joining G&A in 2014.

Clients value his detail and process-oriented style and the way he uses education and analytics to help them make smarter decisions. He presents on enterprise risk management and cyber liability, holds the Cyber COPE Insurance Certification from Carnegie Mellon, and serves with groups including the Indiana Security & Privacy Network and the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity.
