Property Casualty Claims Advocate

Agency growth and future service plans have created a need for an additional Property Casualty Claims Advocate in our Client Services Department. The Claims Advocate is a first point of contact for our commercial clients at time of loss and sets the expectations for the claim process. The Claims Advocate confirms coverage, explains deductibles, consults with the client to mitigate damage for property losses, reports the claim to the insurance company and tracks the claim to conclusion. The Advocate also participates in claim reviews and assists the Producer and our clients with claim status updates and trending and analysis reports. The ideal candidate is described below.

  • A college degree, insurance designations (ACLM, ARM, INS) or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Aggressive, assertive and ability to influence others
  • Work experience to include 2-3 years multi-line property/casualty insurance claims experience
  • Good organizational, verbal skills and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize a variety of computer software including Microsoft products, word, excel, power point
  • P&C Agents license, knowledge of Applied/TAM are a plus


Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing HR programs and polices and managing all aspects of internal employee development. The main responsibilities of this position is to manager recruitment, performance management, employee benefit plans, payroll, employee relations, training and work in conjunction with the agency sales force to create HR related consulting offerings for our clients.

Vice President of Benefits Operations

Oversee all Group Benefits operational and client support functions including Account
Management, Marketing, Health & Productivity, Financial Reporting/Data Analytics, and Human Resources Consulting.

Direct reports include members of the following teams: Account Management, RFP/Marketing,
Special Projects, Financial Analysis/Data Analytics, and Health & Productivity. Shared reports include Account Executives (shared with SVP of Group Benefits).
