Mike Miles is a Vice President, employee owner, and Senior Employee Benefit Consultant with Gregory & Appel Insurance in Indianapolis. Mike has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits. His primary focus is facilitating strategic analysis, design, marketing and management of group health and welfare programs for both fully-insured and self-funded clients. Mike specializes in the development of consumer directed health plans, incentivized wellness programs, and employer on-site/near-site medical clinic strategies, implementation, and management oversight. Additionally he works with clients in the areas of retiree health and Medicare Advantage and Supplement coverages; and worksite marketed coverage. He is accredited by the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) as a "Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional".  Mike is a current Board Member of Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana. He is the former President of the Indianapolis chapter of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network group (WEB) and has been a presenter at numerous employee benefit organization programs, including the Indiana State SHRM Conference. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters, and is Chairman of the IAHU Legislative Committee. Additionally Mike has been a course instructor on various health and welfare topics for Lorman Education.
