INDIANAPOLIS – Gregory & Appel Insurance (G&A) announced the promotion of Dustin Koesters as its senior vice president & director of sales. Koesters will now lead sales growth and strategies for property & casualty, fortifying G&A’s sustainability and future.
His responsibilities will include overseeing the commercial and personal insurance sales teams, improving sales coaching and development processes while creating new revenue opportunities.
“Dustin has tremendous industry knowledge and credibility,” says David Fischer, chief revenue officer at G&A. “During his tenure at G&A, he has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to grow and scale his teams through supportive leadership and expertise. We couldn’t be more excited to have him in this role!”
Koesters has almost 25 years of experience in risk management, including several senior leadership roles ranging from regional admin and operations director & senior VP to chief operations officer for a national insurance agency.
