Ryan Poor is vice-chair of Ice Miller's Workplace Solutions Group. He helps employers solve tough workplace problems, develop positive employee relations and prevent unnecessary litigation. He also guides employers through the minefields of government investigations, defending against lawsuits or administrative charges. He works directly with HR & safety professionals, in-house counsel and corporate officers to build better workplaces.

As a counselor and advocate for employers, he  helps avoid employment-related disputes and litigation through proper training, development and implementation of policies and procedures and drafting of employment and separation agreements. He represents clients in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local civil rights departments, occupational safety and health agencies (such as IOSHA) and the National Labor Relations Board.

Stacy Small is a senior benefits consultant who has studied the insurance industry from the ground up, nurturing a love of collaborative client relationships and complex compliance issues along the way. Never one to shy away from legalese, Stacy leans into developing legislation to understand how it affects benefit plans and her clients’ strategy.

With over two decades of experience, she is a master generalist in all aspects of employee benefits and many types and sizes of employers. Still following her passion for compliance, she chairs the Benefit Advisors Network compliance committee where she collaborates with specialists from all over the country.

This event will take place at the Gregory & Appel Insurance office in downtown Indianapolis, located at 433 N. Capitol Ave, Suite 400, Indianapolis, IN 46204. When you enter the building, take the elevator to the fourth floor and we'll direct you to the event space.
Where do I park?
Attendees should park in the visitor's lot southwest of the building. Press the button to take a ticket when you arrive, and we'll provide you with a parking voucher before you leave.
