Wellness Program

Building a culture of fitness among your employees can also improve the health of your bottom line.  More money per capita is spent on health care in the U.S. than in any other nation in the world — and the link between lifestyle and disease is increasingly evident.

Our consultants work with you to implement an effective wellness program that fits your needs and budget, while encouraging a healthier workforce.  In addition to offering a significant return on investment, wellness programs make it easier for your employees and their families to make better lifestyle choices.

Our wellness program services include:

  • Plan design and incentives that motivate all members (employees, spouses, and children) to participate in their own health improvement
  • Programs that support behavioral and lifestyle changes (e.g. onsite education and fitness sessions with in-person coaching and advocacy)
  • Total wellness program integration, eliminating the “silo effect” that results from uncoordinated vendors and programs often at odds with each other
  • Health management tracking and data-driven programs, such as downloadable pedometers and web portals that deliver health information to providers
  • Incentive-based programs like Virgin HealthMiles, which rewards employees for staying active
