Jean Casolaro is a Vice President/Employee Benefits Consultant in the Employee Benefits Department for Gregory & Appel. Jean has 30 years experience in the employee benefits insurance and consulting/brokerage field. She has worked with employers of many industries, with a focus on healthcare, Not-for-Profits, manufacturing and education. She has extensive experience in both fully insured and self-funded medical/dental/vision plan arrangements, provider excess risk placements, group purchased employee benefit programs, Wellness and Disease Management Programs, Consumer Driven Plans and worksite marketing programs. Jean is a member of the local CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) chapter as well as the State Association of Health Underwriters. In 2013, she received her Patient Protection and Accordable Care Act (PPACA) certification from the National Association of Health Underwriters.
