Advocacy

Our advocacy services bring together in-house experts to consult, counsel and educate.

Risk Engineering—Our claims advocates and risk engineers work together to identify known causes of loss.  Through this process we can help develop and improve safety programs that reduce claim frequency and your cost of risk.

Claims Counseling—Life doesn’t have a pause button. So when you face an emergency, a loss, or an accident, it helps to have a trusted claims advocate work with your insurance company. When you work with us, a G&A claim representative will serve as your advocate and liaison with the insurance company adjuster.  We handle the details so you don’t have to put your life on hold.

HR Consulting—As an agency that has an extensive knowledge base in the employee benefits and human capital management area, we offer our expertise to our clients through our HR consulting team.

Education—To ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve with risk prevention and control, G&A offers access to client tools such as MyWave and our E-Learning Center.  These tools provide educational insight to a wealth of insurance, employee benefits, and human resources tools and information.
