Senior Living

We are a recognized leader in risk management and insurance services for senior living clients. We represent and hold key brokerage status with predominate carriers who specialize in healthcare programs and our team has more than 100 years of experience in the insurance industry.

We understand the unique business challenges of the healthcare industry, including: HUD, Section 8, Section 42, LITHC, rural development, senior housing, and assisted living requirements. In Indiana, we work with more than 30 healthcare employers, recognizing their need to mitigate threats of acquisition and unionization and their need to provide a competitively designed benefits package to a diverse workforce.

Our professional representatives perform visits at strategically planned intervals to assess safety, review claims and explore specific insurance needs and developing risk exposures. We can also provide your mortgage company with required proof of insurance.
