In an industry that’s always changing, you need an insurance advisor who stays connected and informed. As a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Gregory & Appel understands the unique coverages that vacation ownership properties require.

We strive to provide the best protection for your resort properties at the best possible rate. From Florida, Georgia and South Carolina to California and Hawaii, we help resort developers and property managers across the nation maximize resort safety and minimize claims.

Client Anecdote: A busy property manager maintained insurance for resorts in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas and Utah. Each development had a separate insurance plan with various effective dates, carriers and coverages — a hodgepodge of policies that posed an administrative challenge. By taking a holistic approach and consolidating policies, Gregory & Appel saved the property manager a significant amount of money, eliminated coverage gaps and overlaps, and simplified the administrative process.
