Client Anecdote: A multi-site professional service firm experienced escalating group health insurance costs. In response, we designed a tiered program with an HSA/HRA option to offset costs, and implemented an extensive employee awareness campaign. The new plan was rolled out successfully.
Products & Services
With 25 years of experience in the insurance business, Roy specializes in large Property & Casualty risk management programs, including loss sensitive and alternative risk transfer. He is a member of the Hartford Insurance Company Agents Advisory Council. A CPCU candidate who holds an Indiana Agents License, Roy earned both his B.A. and M.S. from Butler University.
