Client Anecdote: A homeowner made an unfortunate discovery—his loss would not be covered under his existing policy. When his neighbor, a Gregory & Appel client, referred him to us, he provided us with a copy of his current policies. Upon review, we explained the gaps in his coverage and the common limitations of most standard homeowner’s policies.
