Andy J. Brown
With 20 years in the insurance industry, Andy specializes in commercial risks including standard and alternative risk transfer programs. He offers strong experience and knowledge to public entities, manufacturers, distributors and not-for-profit organizations. He serves on the Risk Management Committee of the Crossroads of America Boy Scouts and holds the civic and social service chair of the Crossroads of America Council. Andy is also a CPCU candidate. Andy earned his B.S. in business administration from Mississippi State University and is a Licensed Insurance Agent.

Chris Novotney
Chris is a second generation insurance industry professional, who joined Gregory & Appel after working in Indianapolis as a Producer for a global insurance agency. His specialty focus areas include contractors, placing difficult coverages for manufactures and in serving not-for-profit organizations. Chris began his career as an outside sales rep covering Indiana after graduating from Indiana State University. He is a board member for Giving Sum, The Children\'s Bureau and is involved in the Meals on Wheels Capital Campaign.
