Taking Wellness to the Streets - A Freezing Bike Ride

How many fitness types does it take to ride a course in the freezing cold on the day after New Years' Day? They expected 200, and got about 600. One of the group was our own bike and fitness enthusiast Alma Shireman - with this photo she proves three things. First, that she was there. (Alma is in the Blue) Second, that she was there with Mayor Greg Ballard (He is in the Yellow) and Third, that she looks better in a helmet than His Honor...
