Life Sciences/Technology

Gregory & Appel is the sole Indiana insurance agency member of TechAssure, an organization of leading insurance agencies specializing in serving emerging Life Science and Technology companies and the Venture Capital firms that back them.

Through our TechAssure involvement, Gregory & Appel collaborates with the best and brightest insurance professionals worldwide to develop superior risk management solutions for emerging twenty-first century companies.

Client Anecdote: Our client, a nutraceutical company, launched a new product. As their insurance provider, we considered several issues, including those presented by conducting clinical trials, warehousing and shipping, and the upcoming media exposures from a direct to consumer TV marketing campaign. After assessing the marketplace we found the best rates and policy coverages for a difficult market segment. As a result of our coverage solutions, our client was able to focus on growing their business without risk management concerns.

Life Sciences

Life Science companies have specialized risk management needs. A strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its challenging regulatory environment are critical for tailored insurance programs. Our involvement in this sector and close relationships with major carriers who serve it, allow us to properly cover life sciences firms.
