Home Insurance

No two homes or homeowners are identical. With this in mind, we have created custom tools to calculate the replacement value of your home based on its individual characteristics. We will work with you to customize a program best suited to your individual needs, budget, and lifestyle.

2011 Client Anecdote: Indianapolis attorney Gayle Mack has been a Gregory & Appel client since 2000. While attending a horse show in Arizona, she received a devastating call from her neighbor that her home on a 37-acre horse farm had caught fire. Thankfully, with the fire department’s help, Gayle’s neighbor rescued her animals (one cat, four dogs, and 12 horses) from the property, but the house was severely damaged.

Gayle’s insurance agent Mark Gayer was quick to react, and had a claims adjuster and restoration team in place even before she returned home. During the long rebuilding process, Gayle appreciated Gregory & Appel’s continued support. “It could have been a nightmare but everyone was so helpful and I felt like I wasn’t doing this alone; it was great.” Almost a year later, Gayle is moving back into her newly renovated home.
