Sheri Alexander, FLMI, GBA, HIA is a Senior Vice President and serves as the Employee Benefits Division Manager for Gregory & Appel. Sheri has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting and brokerage field with primary focuses in the healthcare industry (hospitals, physician groups and senior living) and higher education (colleges and universities).   

In addition to her extensive experience with traditional employee benefits plans, Sheri has expertise in alternative funding arrangements, direct-contracting, managed care organizations, provider excess risk placements, on-site and near-site clinics, and value based benefits design.

Sheri is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Little Red Door Cancer Agency, the Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana and Gregory & Appel. She currently sits on the Advisory Boards of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and United Healthcare. She is a longstanding member of the local and national CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) chapters as well as the State and National Associations of Health Underwriters. Sheri is also a member of ISHHRA (Indiana Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration) and the Executive Women in Healthcare chapter in Indianapolis. She was recently named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2011 Who’s Who in Health Care and Benefits.

Jean Casolaro is a Vice President/Employee Benefits Consultant in the Employee Benefits Department for Gregory & Appel. Jean has 30 years experience in the employee benefits insurance and consulting/brokerage field. She has worked with employers of many industries, with a focus on healthcare, Not-for-Profits, manufacturing and education. She has extensive experience in both fully insured and self-funded medical/dental/vision plan arrangements, provider excess risk placements, group purchased employee benefit programs, Wellness and Disease Management Programs, Consumer Driven Plans and worksite marketing programs. Jean is a member of the local CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) chapter as well as the State Association of Health Underwriters.   
Chad Morris joined Gregory and Appel in 2011 and serves as a Senior Benefits Consultant. Chad has over 4 years of experience in the employee benefits insurance field. Corporate Wellness is a passion and a focus for Chad. He can help an organization reduce claims costs by introducing programs that help change employee behavior via rewarding those who choose to live healthy lifestyles.   Prior to joining Gregory and Appel, Chad has worked in several different roles in the employee benefits insurance industry including client service, consulting, and agency management. He brings a well-rounded base of business expertise as well. Prior to working in the employee benefits field, Chad helped businesses with their commercial banking needs as well as their payroll and HR technology needs.
 
   
Lacey Robinson is an Employee Benefits consultant for Gregory & Appel. Lacey has 13 years experience in the employee benefits consulting and brokerage field with a primary focus in the healthcare and retail industries. She also has experience with joint-purchased employee benefit programs including group captives. Lacey has considerable experience with all aspects of Health and Welfare employee benefits plans including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy Benefits, Cafeteria Plans, Health Savings Accounts, Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts, and Worksite Marketing and Wellness Programs. She is also well versed in the various funding arrangements associated with benefit plans.   
Mike began his insurance career in 1989. He brings an insurance and risk management industry background, along with an engineering degree and extensive customer service experience to his role leading the Gregory & Appel claims and loss control teams. His expertise includes strategic planning, loss control engineering and management of insurance operations. He often consults for leading insurance companies that retain him to work with their largest Gregory & Appel managed clients.   

He is a Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Biomedical Technology. Outside of the office, Mike has been active for many years with the Brownsburg Youth Soccer Program.

Jeff joined Gregory & Appel in 1988, after 15 years of experience with other insurance companies, with his last position being the Indiana Regional Vice President for a major medical malpractice insurance company. His specialties include all types of professional liability with a specific emphasis in the health care industry. He is a member of the Indiana Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ISHRM) and holds a B.S. from Indiana University. Jeff has also earned the CPCU designation. He is a member of the Gregory & Appel Board of Directors.
