Our group benefits insurance team includes twenty-three service professionals dedicated to your staff retention goals. All of our consultants have at least ten years of experience and several have twenty-five or more. We specialize in comprehensive, cost effective group benefits insurance programs for healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, public and private schools, not-for-profits, transportation and habitation organizations.
When you work with our team, we begin with an analysis of your current benefits program. Then, we develop a multi-year plan designed to reach your goals, including: financial analysis, RFP preparation and vendor analysis, vendor negotiation and contract placement, and compliance. Our on-site Senior Financial Analyst can also conduct cost projections, plan modeling, and premium equivalent rate calculations for your plan.
To implement your tailored group benefits program, we provide communication vehicles to educate your workforce, contract reviews, on-going legislative updates, and educational seminars.
