Employee Benefits Insurance

Our employee benefits insurance team includes twenty-three service professionals dedicated to your staff retention goals. All of our consultants have at least ten years of experience and several have twenty-five or more. We specialize in employee benefits insurance programs for healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, public and private schools, not-for-profits, transportation and habitation organizations.

When you work with our team, we begin with an analysis of your current benefits program. Then, we develop a multi-year plan designed to reach your goals, including: financial analysis, RFP preparation and vendor analysis, vendor negotiation and contract placement, and compliance. Our on-site Senior Financial Analyst can also conduct cost projections, plan modeling, and premium equivalent rate calculations for your plan.

To implement your tailored employee benefits program, we provide communication vehicles to educate your workforce, contract reviews, on-going legislative updates, and educational seminars.

Client Anecdote: With 300 employees spread across the United States, our client was concerned that ineligible dependents were being covered under their health, dental and vision plans. We arranged a dependent eligibility audit through an external vendor and found that 5% of the dependents covered under the plan were ineligible. One of these ineligible dependents had incurred $250,000 in claims. As a result of the audit, the employer was able to eliminate all ineligible dependents from their plan, and they are currently pursuing reimbursement for their losses with the help of the medical plan administrator.
