In preparation for the 2012 NFL Super Bowl, the city of Indianapolis has partnered with the Arts Council of Indianapolis to add 46 murals to exististing infastructure around Indy through their 46 for XLVI Mural Program.  Looking to help, Gregory & Appel Insurance donated funds to help complete the mural adorning the southern facade of the Pennway Building.

While Gregory & Appel was excited to participate anyway possible, being able to help fund the work created on the Pennway Building (241 N. Pennsylvania St.) was truly special since G & A operated out of the historic building from 1928-1939. To show his thanks, artist Erik Pearson payed homage to Gregory & Appel by includung the company on a nameplate resting upon the roll top desk on right side of the mural.
