Community

Gregory & Appel Insurance is a proud and active member of the Indianapolis corporate community. Since 1884, our company has been deeply involved in supporting the arts, education, and numerous other civic endeavors within the city. As an agency, charity is central to our values. For more than a decade, we have been named a “Company that Cares” by the United Way of Central Indiana.

In 2009, for our 125th anniversary, we donated $500 each to 125 Central Indiana charities. Read more about Gregory & Appel's 125 Years, 125 Charities initiative and view the full list of recipients.

Standing Behind Our Colts

It has been a tough season for the Indianapolis Colts. However, as long-time partners, dedicated fans, and a team sponsor, we know that one tough season does not define the character of a championship organization, and we're showing our support with a 30' banner.

46 for XLVI Mural Program

In preparation for the 2012 NFL Super Bowl, the city of Indianapolis has partnered with the Arts Council of Indianapolis to add 46 murals to exististing infastructure around Indy through their 46 for XLVI Mural Program. Looking to help, Gregory & Appel Insurance donated funds to help complete the mural adorning the southern facade of the Pennway Building. See the mural.
