In an Emergency

In the event of a claims emergency, our advocates are available to assist clients at any time of the day or night, every day including holidays - 24/7/365!

Should you be displaced from your home or business or experienced a fatality outside normal business hours call our office at 800.968.7491 or 317.634.7491 and follow the voice mail prompts to activate our emergency service.  Please leave a message with your phone number and a Gregory & Appel Claims Advocate will return your call promptly.

All of our claims advocates have at least ten years of experience. When you work with us, you’ll have an agency claim representative who will serve as your advocate and liaison with the insurance company adjuster. We’ll pursue at fault parties on your behalf, and we may be able to obtain recovery without filing a claim against your policy.

Gregory & Appel claims advocates will:

  • Report any claims to the insurance company on your behalf, monitor reserves for accuracy, and follow the claim until it’s closed.
  • Trend and analyze claims to identify common causes of loss.
  • Meet with you to review claims on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or as-needed to resolve coverage disputes.
  • Assist you with resolution of large losses, including claims that occur prior to our assignment as broker.
