And, we provide your mortgage company with the required proof of insurance to ensure that deals get done.
Client Anecdote: A real estate investor wanted a quote for a specific limit to cover the mortgage on an entire complex. We noticed special requirements in his mortgage contract and designed our policy accordingly. Initially, the client preferred a quote with a lower premium from another agency. However, that policy didn't meet his mortgage company's requirements. When he tried again with a our quote, it was approved. He gained ownership of a large new development, and we gained a great client.

MaryAnn is a member of the Accident Fund Insurance Company of America Agents Advisory Council, and the Indiana Insurance Company Agency Council. She has earned the Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation and is a CPCU candidate.
